Sue Nigh

About the Author
Sue Nigh, author of Miracle Moments, was born and raised in north central Ohio. Throughout her childhood and adult life, Sue experienced traumatic events resulting in thirty years of anxiety and panic attacks. Sue’s first book, Miracle Moments in the Midst of Life’s Storms, shares true stories from her miraculous journey. An overcomer and panic-free for the past thirty years, Sue is now semi-retired and enjoying a peace-filled life with family, friends and her goldendoodle, Oakley. Prior to retirement, Sue served as Executive Director of Heartland Conference Retreat Center in Marengo, Ohio, and has served on the Christian Camp and Conference Association Board of Directors. She now provides support, connection, and encouragement to camp leaders from Maine to Iowa as a CCCA Section Ambassador.

Prior to Sue’s 25 years in Christian camping, she spent 22 years in corporate leadership roles. In the local church she has served as youth leader, young adult Sunday school teacher and has led multiple recovery groups. She and her husband, Randy, have been married for 50 years. They have a son, daughter, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Sue is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and enjoys her many opportunities to love and serve him and his Church!
